Recreate at a triple-A location.  Our exclusive, detached holiday villas will be developed at MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal.  The holiday park is in a unique location at Landgoed Vogelenzang in the municipality of Bloemendaal, and borders flower fields, a forest, and dunes close to the coast. 

The sustainable, luxurious holiday homes will be placed on a spacious plot (250 - 350 m2) in phases and offer lots of privacy and a high level of comfort. All the ingredients for a perfect time in one of the most special locations of the Netherlands. 

The recreation villas for 6 (or 4) persons have tall windows and optimal isolation. The future-proof recreation villas are fully electric and therefore completely off the gas grid. The homes also feature solar panels and an indoor storage room.  All of the recreation homes at this park are built in compliance with the building code.

Comfortable and luxurious interior

The recreation home features a spacious living room furnished luxuriously with TV, dining room, and kitchen. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with built-in extractor, combination oven, and dishwasher. Two bedrooms feature 2 single box-spring beds, a TV, and lots of storage space. The third bedroom features a bunk bed. The spacious bathroom consists of high-grade materials, a rain shower, toilet, and sink.  If desired, the holiday homes can be delivered with full furnishing.

Variation

Besides the standard 6-person version of the Villa Bloomingdale, you can also pick a 4-person variant. The space taken up by the bedroom with bunk bed is then used for a spacious ensuite bathroom with rain shower and sink. In this variant, the other bedroom also gets an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and sink. The toilet is separate in this variant.
