Recreate at a triple-A location.  Our exclusive, detached holiday villas will be developed at MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal. The holiday park is in a unique location at Landgoed Vogelenzang in the municipality of Bloemendaal, and borders flower fields, a forest, and dunes close to the coast. 

The sustainable, luxurious holiday homes offer lots of privacy, a high level of comfort, and will be placed on a spacious plot (250 - 350 m2) in phases. All the ingredients for a perfect time in one of the most special locations of the Netherlands. 

Our luxurious, comfortable, and detached recreation villas for 4 persons feel spacious, because they feature tall windows. The future-proof recreation villas are fully electric and therefore completely off the gas grid. They also feature solar panels and an indoor storage room.  The recreation homes are built in compliance with the building code.

Comfortable and luxurious interior

The recreation home features a spacious living room furnished luxuriously with TV, dining room, and kitchen. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with built-in extractor, combination oven, and dishwasher. Two bedrooms feature 2 single box-spring beds, a TV, and lots of storage space. The spacious bathroom consists of high-grade materials, a rain shower, and a double sink. The toilet is separate. If desired, the holiday homes can be delivered with full furnishing.

Variations

Besides the standard version of the 4-person Villa Bloomingdale, you can also pick one of two variants, which are:

Type Wellness 

In this case, the separate toilet becomes a part of the bathroom, and a luxurious duo sauna is added. In the bathroom you'll then find a rain shower and a single sink. 

Type Luxe

In the Luxe type, the bathroom layout of the type Standard no longer applies. Instead, the bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and (double) sink. The toilet remains separate.

The listed rates are excluding VAT and plot. The plot can be bought or rented, and you do not have to pay transfer tax.
