Recreate in a triple A location. Our exclusive, detached holiday villas will be developed at MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal. The holiday park is situated in a unique location on Landgoed Vogelenzang in the Municipality of Bloemendaal and borders flower fields, forest and dunes a short distance from the coast.

Different types of vacation homes will be built in phases on spacious lots. These will be constructed and maintained by us. A limited number of plots are still available in the 2nd phase.

MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal is located on Landgoed Vogelenzang, close to the coast in the village of Vogelenzang (municipality of Bloemendaal). The vacation park borders the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen nature reserve. Within a 15-kilometer radius, you can find several popular seaside resorts such as Bloemendaal, Haarlem, Zandvoort, Noordwijk, and Katwijk. It's the perfect destination for a beach vacation. The location is perfect for tourists due to its diverse environment and central positioning. Our park is situated in the charming Bollenstreek area, surrounded by picturesque forests and meadows. Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam are a short distance away and easily accessible.
