At our newly built holiday park Bad Nederrijn, you can invest in Villa Maritiem. This detached newly built vacation rental can accommodate 4 persons and overlooks the water and/or one of the marinas. The newly built vacation rental has a luxurious interior and offers plenty of privacy. At our other park Residentie Nieuw Loosdrecht, you can invest in our Villa Nautica. What makes this villa unique is the fact that it has a private jetty for your boat. In addition, this luxuriously furnished villa offers a view of the water. This villa can be delivered as either a 4-person or 6-person villa. In addition, we offer the possibility to deliver the villa with a spa, dipping pool, (swimming) Jacuzzi, or storage room.
