The advantages of buying a second home on a vacation park? One of the advantages is that when you rent on a vacation park you have a high occupancy rate. More and more (Dutch) tourists go on vacation to a Dutch vacation park. In addition, the management and rental is fully regulated by our professional rental organization. When purchasing a second home on a vacation park, you can purchase the home fully furnished if desired, according to the turnkey principle. Buying second home for rental
Buying a second home as an investment? At MarinaParken you will receive a guaranteed net return for the rental of your second home. Because a recreational home is taxed in Box 3, rental income and sales profits remain untaxed. In addition to full rental, there are two other options for your second home:
MarinaParken offers the perfect base if you want to buy a second home for your personal use at a holiday park. Permanent occupation is not allowed.
With this option, you can not only use your home yourself, but also rent it out. For this option, the return depends on the rental income.
You make your second home fully available for letting, so you cannot use it yourself. It is possible to receive a fixed net return for a longer period of time.
