Step 6 - Transfer to notary
Notarial delivery
During the transfer, you become the legal owner of your new
holiday home. During the transfer, the deed of transfer is checked and signed, the settlement note is paid and the registration in the Land Registry is completed.
Step 7 - Completion
To receive the key
We will ensure that the transfer of your vacation home goes smoothly and without problems. Upon delivery, you will receive the keys and your vacation home will be checked together with one of our employees.
Step 8 - Taking out insurance
