Step 6 - Transfer to notary
Notarial delivery
During the transfer, you become the legal owner of your new
holiday home. During the transfer, the deed of transfer is checked and signed, the settlement note is paid and the registration in the Land Registry is completed.


Step 7 - Completion
To receive the key

Step 8 - Taking out insurance

When purchasing and having the deed of your vacation home notarized, you are responsible for taking out the necessary insurance policies. It is important to arrange these insurance policies in a timely manner, so that you are properly insured immediately after completion.
