The sustainable, luxury recreation villas offer lots of privacy, a high comfort level and will be placed in phases on a spacious private plot of approximately 280-350 sqm. All the ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most special places in the Netherlands.

Our luxurious, comfortable and detached recreation villas for 6 people give a spacious feeling, because they are equipped with high windows. The future-proof recreation villas are completely electric and therefore completely gas-free. Furthermore, they are equipped with solar panels and an indoor storage room. The recreational homes are built in accordance with the building code.

The recreation house has a spacious living room luxuriously furnished with TV, dining room and kitchen. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor fan, combi-oven and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite to the bedroom and one separate bathroom. The bathroom is stylishly decorated and equipped with a single sink, a mirror and a luxurious walk-in rain shower. The house has a separate toilet.

If desired, the vacation homes can be delivered fully furnished. During the purchase process it is possible to configure the house completely to your wishes in cooperation with the builder.
