The holiday park is located on the beautiful IJsselmeer, near the charming town of Workum in Friesland, where peace, nature and water sports come together. Here you will find luxurious 6-person apartments, spread over three stylish buildings.

Type C apartments
The apartments are accessible by elevator and are located on the first floor, with a staircase connecting to the second floor. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the water from both your apartment and your balcony.

The first floor has a spacious bedroom with sliding doors that provide direct access to the balcony. The luxurious bathroom, which is accessible from the hall, has a bathtub, walk-in shower and sauna. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet. The spacious and bright living room offers a beautiful panoramic view of the IJsselmeer. The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, so you can effortlessly prepare the most delicious meals.

The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a private balcony. There is also a second separate toilet on this floor.

The Type C and C-sp apartments are identical, but mirror images of each other.

Rental and personal use
Owners can use their apartment for 12 weeks per year, including 2 weeks during holiday periods. The apartments are rented out by MarinaParken, an organization with many years of experience.
